We are looking for Electricians with an innovative Engineering company based in the Cork area. Experience required in the construction industry
Qualifications: Electrician
Preferably with experience in the water/wastewater treatment industries, but if not, must have at least some other industry experience.
Experience: minimum 3 years
Requirements:
- Be proficient in reading electrical drawings and preferably produce drawings
- High level of electrical design competence
- Read and interpret specifications for a project with a view to pricing/tendering/planning works/developing M&I schedules
- Project management
- Site work including management of electrical sub-contractors
- Electrical maintenance within the factory including fault finding and repairs of equipment
- Wiring of various motors, e-stops, circuits and associated equipment relating to customer projects
- Ensuring that customer electrical specifications are within regulation
- Liaising between in-house mechanical project engineer and subcontractors
- Troubleshooting of Electrical, Mechanical and Software Issues
- Management of the electrical store including orders of required stock
