Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various helicopter models.
Inspect airframes, engines, rotors, and related systems for wear, damage, or malfunction.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Conduct repairs or replacements using approved tools, manuals, and parts.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports in compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA).
Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and fellow technicians to ensure high standards of safety and quality.
Adhere to safety procedures, maintenance manuals, and company policies at all times.
Assist with aircraft modifications, component testing, and other technical support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in aircraft maintenance
Valid Aircraft Maintenance License with helicopter ratings preferred
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with rotary-wing aircraft maintenance.
Familiarity with various helicopter types (e.g., Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, Sikorsky).
Strong understanding of aircraft systems including hydraulics, avionics, engines, and rotor systems.
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
