Job Description

Our Client in the Munich Area Germany is looking for an Aircraft Mechanic. you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of rotary-wing aircraft in accordance with manufacturer specifications, aviation regulations, and company standards. You will ensure the airworthiness and safe operation of helicopters used in a range of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various helicopter models.

  • Inspect airframes, engines, rotors, and related systems for wear, damage, or malfunction.

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine appropriate corrective actions.

  • Conduct repairs or replacements using approved tools, manuals, and parts.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports in compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA).

  • Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and fellow technicians to ensure high standards of safety and quality.

  • Adhere to safety procedures, maintenance manuals, and company policies at all times.

  • Assist with aircraft modifications, component testing, and other technical support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical training in aircraft maintenance

  • Valid Aircraft Maintenance License with helicopter ratings preferred

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with rotary-wing aircraft maintenance.

  • Familiarity with various helicopter types (e.g., Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, Sikorsky).

  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems including hydraulics, avionics, engines, and rotor systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
