Job Description

Business Development Manager with Santry Food Restaurants Ltd. t/a Camile Thai will drive the strategic growth of the restaurant chain by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, ensuring expansion and enhanced market presence.
• Develop and execute sales and operational strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize performance across all locations.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure business continuity.
• Negotiate agreements with partners and service providers to secure beneficial terms and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to enhance operational efficiency, implement best practices, and address operational challenges effectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across locations to inform data-driven decision-making and align operations with strategic goals.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with regional market demands.
• Lead training and mentorship programs to empower location managers and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and financial plans, optimizing costs while ensuring profitability and return on investment.
• Generate and present comprehensive business and financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards, maintaining high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and local teams, facilitating communication and the effective implementation of strategies.
• Leverage customer and team feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and service enhancements.
Qualifications:

Job Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Business Administration, or related qualification, with 5+ years proven relevant experience.

• Strategic planning and business growth.
• Operations management and process optimization.
• Advanced negotiation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency in training, mentoring, and team leadership.
• Market analysis and sales strategy development.
• Financial management and budget oversight.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English. Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or another Indian language is highly advantageous.
