Job Requirements
At least 2 years’ demonstrable experience in similar role and ability to manage the core functions and responsibilities including: Managing a Specific Section of the Kitchen; Preparation and Cooking of Dishes; Supervision and Training of Junior Staff; Assisting in managing the kitchen's workflow to ensure efficiency during service; Maintaining High Standards of Hygiene and Cleanliness; Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, including keeping workstations clean, properly storing ingredients, and maintaining personal hygiene; Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly; Ensuring compliance with and safety regulations as required by local authorities; Inventory and Stock Management Quality Control; Collaboration with Other Sections; Ensuring Timely Delivery of Orders Assisting in Menu planning and development; Maintaining equipment, Responding to customer feedback.
