Job Description
Zest at Limited Shannon Airport, Co. Clare requires a Chef de partie to work within our Shannon Airport team. Reporting to the Executive Chef this role is suited to applicants with at least 2 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role. Core Functions and Responsibilities include: Managing a Specific Section of the Kitchen; Preparation and Cooking of Dishes; Supervision and Training of Junior Staff; Assisting in managing the kitchen's workflow to ensure efficiency during service; Maintaining High Standards of Hygiene and Cleanliness; Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, including keeping workstations clean, properly storing ingredients, and maintaining personal hygiene; Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly; Ensuring compliance with and safety regulations as required by local authorities; Inventory and Stock Management Quality Control; Collaboration with Other Sections; Ensuring Timely Delivery of Orders Assisting in Menu planning and development; Maintaining equipment, Responding to customer feedback.
Remuneration: 34000-35000 p.a. 
39 hrs/week. 
 
Job Requirements
