We are currently recruiting for an experienced 2 Chef de Partie (39 hrs p/w) with 2yrs+ exp. (salary of Min. €34k) for FW Food Products Limited, located at Laurkur House, Ground Floor Block B, Deansgrange, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 E2F8, Ireland.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly skilled Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
- Upholding high standards of hygiene.
- Accurately preparing ingredients for senior chefs.
- Precisely measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes.
- Managing deliveries and stock rotation.
