Job Description
The Junction Restaurant, Tone Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo, requires a Chef de Partie for our busy kitchen.

You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position and experience in professional cookery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Cooking food to order.
Helping the head and sous chefs on duty.
Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.
Location of job: The Junction Restaurant, Tone Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
34,000 per annum salary.
