Job Description

Santry food Services Ltd. t/a Camile Thai Naas require a Chef De Partie with 2+ years experience and knowledge of traditional asian cuisine support culinary tea. Responsibilites of this role are as follows: Preparation and presentation of food to a high standard as instructed by Head Chef; Demonstrate an efficient and costeffective approach to tasks; Ensure compliance food safety and hygiene policies and practices at all times; Maintain a close working relationship with the Culinary Team and those provide a smooth and efficient service; Assist with menu design; Carry out regular stock takes to ensure costs are controlled and that all stocks are accounted for; Prioritize and ensure delivery of a high standard of customer care at all times.
Remuneration: 34000 p.a.  39hrs/week.
Job Requirements
2+ years experience in a similar role and proven ability to perform the functions of the role (above).
