Job Description
As a chef de partie (CDP), your job is to support the Head and Chef in a busy kitchen. You are responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food, handling purchase orders, and keeping up to date with the newest products, recipes, and preparation techniques. The applicant must have a profound knowledge of continental cuisine.
Job Requirements
1. More than 2 years of relevant experience at a CDP position.
2. Excellent in Hindi ( Speaking ) & basic English
3. Ready to work on bank holidays & weekends (As per business requirements ).
4. Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
5. Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
6. Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices, etc.)
7. Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef
8. The chef has input in new ways of presentation or dishes
9. Put effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
10. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
11. Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
