Job Description
Pinchos, requires a full time Chef de Partie for our new busy restaurant operation at the Dub 11 Energy Centre, Crag avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin, D22 Y44V.
Must have 2 years chef experience for this position.
Must have experience cooking and preparing meats.
Must have experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures, HACCP etc.
Salary Euro 34,000 per annum.
39 hour week.
Duties will include cooking food to order, help with kitchen up keep and hygiene, assist the main chef on duty, food prep and other general general kitchen chef duties.
Full time permanent position within a friendly team.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
