Job Description
WH Catering Services Limited is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role involves collaborating with our team to develop an Asian menu based on our existing menu offerings and the ability to create and execute authentic and innovative dishes.
 
The responsibilities include:
• Assist the Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of European dishes, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the head chef and culinary team to develop a new Asian menu that complements our existing offerings.
• Ensure consistency in the preparation and cooking of all Asian dishes on the menu.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation, consistently meeting customer expectations.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards throughout all food preparation and storage areas in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels for assigned stations, manage ingredient inventory, and assist with ordering and receiving supplies to avoid shortages or wastage
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality dishes and addressing any special dietary needs or preferences.

Job Requirements
· Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
· Extensive knowledgeable about Irish food hygiene practices and health regulations.
· Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Mandarin is a must
· Previous experience in Asian Cuisine is preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Creativity and passion for food and the culinary arts.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
