Job Description
Muddy Burns, Corballa, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo, requires a Chef de Partie for our busy kitchen.
Established and well reviewed bar and restaurant.

You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position.
And experience in professional cookery and experience working with desserts section also.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Preparing dishes.
Helping the head and sous chefs on duty.
Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.
Working on our desert section.
Job located at Muddy Burns, Corballa, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
34,000 per annum salary.
