Multiplex Restaurants Ltd. t/a Wok Express Burger and Bao, Limerick, require a Chef De Partie to oversee specific kitchen stations and ensure readiness for service. Responsibilities of the role include preparing, cooking, and plating dishes using Asian cooking techniques like stir-frying, steaming, and sushi rolling. Maintaining consistency in flavors, textures, and presentation of dishes. Monitoring and managing ingredient levels, ensuring proper storage. Adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards. Communicating with the kitchen team and training junior staff. Assisting in creating or improving menu items. Addressing issues quickly during service to ensure smooth operations. Performing additional tasks outside the usual scope when needed to meet business requirements.
Remuneration: 35,000 euro p.a. 39hrs/week
