Job Description
JNDT Ltd. t/a Camile Thai Ashbourne require an experienced Chef de Partie with 2+ years experience in a similar role and knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine to join our team of culinary professionals. Responsibilities of this role are as follows: Preparation and presentation of food to a high standard as instructed by Head Chef; Demonstrate an efficient and cost-effective approach to tasks; Ensure compliance food safety and hygiene policies and practices at all times; Maintain a close working relationship with the Culinary Team and those in other areas as required to provide a smooth and efficient service; Assist with menu design; Carry out regular stock takes to ensure costs are controlled and that all stocks are accounted for; Prioritize and ensure delivery of a high standard of customer care at all times.
39 hrs/week, 34,000 p.a.
Job Requirements
2+ Years experience in a similar role and knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine are required. Proven ability to
perform all the functions of the role including preparation and presentation of food to a high standard as instructed
by Head Chef; Demonstrate an efficient and cost-effective approach to tasks; Ensure compliance food safety and
hygiene policies and practices at all times; Maintain a close working relationship with the Culinary Team and
those in other areas as required to provide a smooth and efficient service; Assist with menu design; Carry out
