We are recruiting for immediate and upcoming role for one of our clients in the Cork region for Design Engineers. The role will involve cleanroom concept design through to live BIM model management.
Duties:
- Develop construction details
- Structure Bill of Quantities
- Source appropriate furnishings and fittings
- Liaise with customers, project managers and on all aspects of drawing process.
- Development of cleanroom concept layouts
- Model cleanroom components
- Manage Revit model
- Provide RCP’s and elevations for client review and for construction crews
- Conduct site
- Liaise with Suppliers
- To be able to work to deadlines and cost requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- 5 years previous product design and development experience
- Diploma Qualified or 2+ years of CAD/design office
- Mechanical HVAC design experience an advantage
- Strong Revit skills
- Understanding of design process
- Good communicator and team player
- Good problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness
