Job Description

Koscom Cable Inc. is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our dynamic HR Department. As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best talent for our growing team of over 300 contractors. This role is essential in ensuring that we attract and select qualified candidates who align with our company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates, identifying the best fit for our open positions.

  • Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.

  • Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, negotiate offers, and assist with onboarding paperwork.

  • Manage our CRM system by maintaining accurate records and generating reports for the Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking of the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure successful candidate placements.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.


Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $400 USD per month during the probationary period, plus bonuses based on KPIs after the probationary period.

  • Potential to earn $700+ after meeting KPIs following the probationary period.

Job Requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience in mass recruitment with a track record of successfully sourcing and placing qualified candidates.

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

Proficient in using recruitment tools such as Indeed, social media groups, and job sites.

Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.
