Job Description :
1. Identify and engage with potential customers
through various channels such as CRM tools, social media, and direct outreach.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Phoenix Contact’s products, including control cabinet components, industrial automation, and renewable energy solutions, to provide tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customers with technical guidance on product specifications, installations, and configurations.
5. Execute sales strategies to target key industry sectors such as energy, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing, leveraging Phoenix Contact’s product portfolio.
6. Understand customer needs in sectors like e-mobility, smart infrastructure, and renewable energy, recommending solutions that align with their operational goals.
7. Utilize CRM software to track sales opportunities, manage client communication, and update sales pipelines for accurate forecasting.
8. Prepare and follow up on detailed sales quotations and proposals, ensuring alignment with the company’s pricing policies and customer needs.
9. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Phoenix Contact products to existing customers, focusing on complementing their current solutions.
10. Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry demands to refine sales approaches and improve positioning.
