Sirocco Foods Limited Requires Operational Manager
Salary – 34k Euros Annually
Work Hours – 39hours per week
Location – Cork

Job Description

1. Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to ensure seamless service delivery across all locations.

2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction to align with business objectives.

3. Optimize logistics and inventory management systems to ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid disruptions in service.

4. Ensure consistent operational performance by coordinating with suppliers and vendors to streamline the supply chain and minimize downtime.

5. Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


 
Job Requirements
Key Requirement
1. Proven experience managing multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination across sites.
2. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management, with a track record of achieving revenue and cost control targets.
3. Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations.
4. Experience in leading diverse teams, developing talent, and managing performance.
5. Prior experience implementing operational improvements, automation tools, or ERP systems.
