Annual Salary- 34000 Euros, Working Hrs/Week- 39, Location: 16 Lios Daróg, Shannon, Clare, V14 Fp74, Ireland
 
Job Description:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across catering and restaurant services, including food preparation, service, and logistics. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they meet quality and customer service standards. Monitor stock levels, order ingredients and supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors for cost-effective purchasing. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations in line with Irish food industry standards (HACCP). Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee financial reporting to maximize profitability.
