Crewit Resourcing Limited, based in Citywest, Co. Dublin, is currently seeking a Recruiter for immediate start to work at their offices in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois and Citywest Dublin 24.
Qualifications:
No formal third level qualifications are required for the role, but a recruitment-related qualification is a plus. Minimum 2 years’ of previous experience in a recruiter role is required. Experience in international recruitment is a plus, as is fluency in a second language. Additional training will be provided on-the-job as required.
General Duties / Responsibilities / Experience:
o To provide suitable candidates to employers according to the specific job profile requested
o To perform testing and interviewing with job seekers, shortlist candidates for presentation to employers and match candidates to appropriate jobs
o To maintain relationships with employers to offer services on a long-term basis
o To project manage local and international recruitment projects and adjacent matters
o Essential knowledge includes CV review techniques, company polices, employment law, human resource management and job market offers
o Essential skills for this role include the carrying out of recruitment services, communication by telephone and developing a professional network
o The candidate must arrange, conduct, and document interviews, fix meetings and prepare candidates for interview
o The role requires the candidate to identify customer needs and maintain a relationship with the customer
o The candidate must maintain privacy and confidentiality with both clients and candidates
o Optional knowledge for the role includes advertising techniques and market analysis
o Optional skills include applying knowledge of human behaviour and people profiling
o Experience in international recruitment and fluency in a second language are both highly desirable for this role
o Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in recruiter role required
Annual remuneration: €40,000.00; Pay rate €19.73 per hour
Work Locations: Crewit Regional Office, Killamuck, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois, R32 N478 and Crewit Head Office, 3015 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, D24 DKP4.
