Job Description
Ivory Fusion Ltd. t/a Pink Salt require a Restaurant Manager to plan and direct catering services; Decide on range and quality of meals and beverages; Discuss customer requirements for special occasions; Purchase or direct the purchasing of supplies; Arrange for preparation of accounts; Verify quality of food, beverages, and waiting service; Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and hygiene standards are maintained; Plan and arrange food preparation in collaboration with staff; Organize provision of waiting or counter staff; Monitor supplies and ensure proper use to prevent wastage; Determine staffing, financial, material, and other requirements. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, or related qualification required; Relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or catering; Leadership and people management skills; Excellent communication skills and proven ability to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers; Problem-solving abilities to handle operational issues; Organizational skills to manage multiple teams; Financial management skills for budgeting and cost control; Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques; Understanding of traditional Indian dishes and food preparation methods; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Ability to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas; Commitment to delivering excellent customer service; Time management and multitasking abilities to handle busy periods; Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing operational needs; English and  Hindi, proficiency required.
