Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to secure partnerships and close deals.
* Present and explain Bionua’s Nature Capital Credits and services effectively.
* Generate and manage a pipeline of leads with proactive follow-ups.
* Represent Bionua at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership team to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Passion for sustainability, biodiversity, and climate solutions.
* Familiarity with the carbon market or environmental sectors is a plus but not required.
