Job Description
Derelict Projects T/A Lab82 require 2 Sous Chefs with at least 5 years’ experience to join their team in Co. Cork, T23 TK20. 40hrs/wk, €42,000/annum. Help in the design of food menu; Produce high quality plates, including both design and taste; Oversee and supervise kitchen staff; Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies; Ensure that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition; Recent previous experience as Sous Chef in a busy, but organised 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen
