Due to expansion, Derelict Projects T/A Lab82 require 2 Sous Chefs with at least 5 years’ experience to join their team in Co. Cork, T23 TK20 This is a full-time, permanent position. 40hrs/wk €38,000/annum.Duties include but not limited to: Help in the design of food menu, produce high quality plates, including both design and taste, oversee and supervise kitchen staff, assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies, ensure that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition. · Recent previous experience as Sous Chef in a busy, but organised 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen. Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation. Proven success at leading a team to achieve high standards. Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and motivational skills, ability to motivate team, sound knowledge and passion for food, a thorough knowledge of HACCP and a thorough knowledge of kitchen management. Must be honest, reliable and hardworking. Demonstrate knowledge of cost structures and budgets.
