Job Description
Derelict Projects T/A Lab82 require 2 Sous Chefs with at least 5 years’ experience to join their team in Co. Cork, T23 TK20. This is a full-time, permanent position. 

 

40hrs/wk 

€42,000/annum 

 

Duties include but not limited to: Help in the design of food menu, produce high quality plates, including both design and taste, oversee and supervise kitchen staff, assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies, ensure that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition. Recent previous experience required as Sous Chef in a busy but organised 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen. Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation. Thorough knowledge of HACCP.
