Our client is a young aviation engineering firm located in Germany. Dealing with modifications and upgrades of IFE/CMS, AVoD, SATCOM, cockpit and cabin communication systems. They are looking for a Structural Design Engineer to support their Design efforts.
This position would preferably be on-site. However, remote support could be considered under Keltia as a consultant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Experience with aircraft primary structures design/airframe such as fuselage.
- Basic design knowledge and understanding of commonly used design guideline and concepts.
- Creativity to provide conceptual ideas and design solutions to address structural problems.
- Ability to identify structural requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Advanced analytical skills and the capacity to use experience and knowledge to make sound judgments.
Experience:
- Proficiency with CATIA V5/V6 is preferred
Education:
- Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering preferred or equivalent.
