Beauparc, the parent company of Panda, Greenstar, and Irish Packaging Recycling, has unveiled plans to invest over €300 million in its facilities over the next four years.

This extensive capital expenditure program will direct €160 million towards investments in Ireland, resulting in the creation of 300 jobs.

The company emphasized that this investment will significantly enhance its capacity to efficiently recycle a wider range of waste materials, increase overall processing capacity, improve existing capabilities, and bolster its role in the circular economy.

Founded in County Meath more than 30 years ago, Beauparc currently employs nearly 3,000 individuals across 70 locations in Ireland, Britain, and the Netherlands.

The investment initiative is expected to create approximately 500 new positions across the group.

A significant portion of the investment will focus on enhancing plastic recycling capabilities in Ireland.

Additionally, Beauparc plans to invest in new processing facilities for municipal solid waste, construction and demolition waste, and improved processing for metal, wood, biological, and medical waste in the Irish market.
