I am responsible for the recruitment of Healthcare professionals across the North East and Dublin Mid-Leinster regions.
Sourcing and connecting with prospective high calibre candidates through traditional, social media and networking channels.
Following the recruitment process from inception to placement in line with strict guidelines and legislation ensuring all candidates are fully screened and compliant in regards to HIQA and ISO standards.
I am also responsible for the management of the applicant's database, candidate documenation and the recruitment pipeline ensuring information is up to date and relevant in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
